I’ve registered but haven’t been sent a password?

The Activate website will automatically email you a password once you have registered. If you have not received your password, then it most likely means that the email ended up in your spam or junk folder. You could try looking in that folder for an email from the Activate team… or contact the Activate webmaster through the Activate contact us form and select the ‘Question about the website’ category for your message.
