Winter Spa – time with friends

14 women with their feet(or in some cases hands and elbows)… in bowls of water and when I say bowls, I mean washing up bowls, casserole dishes, lasagne dish, biscuit box…….all in my lounge. Why? I had a Neal’s Yard Party, I have been having these every 6 months or so for the last few years and now have a good relationship with the consultant.

I like the ethos of the products (natural, chemical free) and Neals Yard are now working alongside the Fairtrade foundation.

These parties are great, I always say there is no pressure to buy anything it is just a relaxing evening with friends, and it is my way of getting everyone together and building relationships.

This time  we had a “winter spa” evening and it was the best by far, everyone got chance to use the products and left with soft feet/hands or elbows, so feeling they had been pampered. The evening was very relaxing, helped by all the lovely smells. I provided drinks and some simple nibbles, it is a great chance to talk and get to know friends from school and neighbours better. I am definitely going to book a date for a summer spa evening, hoping for sun in the garden with a paddling pool this time!

After this being such a success in the home,  I have invited the consultant to come to our next womens’ social to hold another winter spa – can’t wait.
