If you arrive before 3 PM
Feel free to use the spa facilities, take a walk around the grounds, or simply relax. The main bar area will be open for snacks and light meals if you arrive around lunchtime. Tea and coffee will be available in your room and on the Mezzanine starting from 1:00 PM.
From 3:00 P.M - Activate Welcome
When you arrive, you’ll find the Activate welcome table set up at the main hotel reception area, where the team will be excited to greet you from 3 PM.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly ask that you wait until the official welcome time before visiting Reception and our welcome table. This will allow us to finish setting up and provide you with all the necessary information in one place.
Grab and Go Lunch - If you need to leave early on Sunday, please make sure to book your Grab and Go lunch during check-in from 3 PM. You’ll also receive your room key at this time.
From 4:00 PM
The Undivided Lounge (4:00 PM - 5:15 PM) – New Room Launch! (Canterbury and Stafford)
Join us for the launch of our Undivided Lounge, a relaxed space to unwind, meet new friends, and enjoy some refreshments. With live music from Heather, this is the perfect spot to recharge before the evening meal. Heather will serenade you with a soothing mix of familiar songs, including classics by Abba, Oasis, and The Beatles, all with gentle piano accompaniment. Whether you're after a peaceful moment of reflection or just a casual vibe to accompany your chat, Heather’s music will set the perfect tone in this welcoming space. Come and enjoy a calming atmosphere, mingle, and relax!
This will also be a great space to make new friends, chat, and relax before heading to your room or the evening meal.
From 4:00 PM
The Create Room, Prayer Room, and Games Room will be open.
Name Badge - To create your name badge, please head to the Create Room. If you’d like assistance, a member of the Miss Activate team will be happy to help. Once your badge is ready, you can store your room key between the two name badges and keep it in your lanyard for easy access.

Please remember that we have new rooms and a new layout this year. To help you get around, take a look at the HotelMap at the top of the information page. This map will show you where all the rooms are and how to navigate the hotel with ease.
Sustainability
We’re aiming to cut back on paper and printing. You’ll receive a programme summary, and a longer PDF version is available here if you'd like to print it before the event. An enlarged version of the programme will also be on display at the welcome area and the Activate Information Point
We encourage you to bring your own water bottle or small cup for the coffee machines, or you can purchase one from the Activate merchandise stand.
Before heading to your room, don’t forget to check the 'On Arrival' list on the Information page to make sure you haven’t missed anything. We look forward to welcoming you all!

With a mix of subjects and abilities, there's something for everyone, whether you're a quiz whiz or just in it for the laughs. It's all about meeting new people, having a great time, and building connections in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Grab your friends, or come along solo – just make sure you don't miss out on this fantastic start to the weekend!
Acoustic Night (Undivided Lounge) - Heather, Rachel & Jade
Join us for a relaxing and soulful Acoustic Night in the Undivided Lounge, hosted by the wonderful Rachel and Jade, with live music from the talented Heather Kass!
Heather will treat us to a mix of bluesy, jazzy classics like Fly Me to the Moon, Wonderful World, and Misty, along with smooth crooner hits from The Carpenters and Eva Cassidy.
