Marketplace full weekend (includes stand and all-inclusive accommodation) - £239 per person

Marketplace full weekend twin (includes stand and all-inclusive accommodation for 2 people) (£199pp) - £398 per twin room

Marketplace 3-day rate (includes stand, meals and facilities but no accommodation) Fri afternoon, Sat and Sun – £150 per person

Marketplace 3-day business rate (stand only) Fri afternoon, Sat and Sun – £100 per stand

Marketplace 3-day charity rate (stand only) Fri afternoon, Sat and Sun – £70 per stand

We are a charity and we rely on donations. After the event, we will ask you to donate 10-20% of your takings to the work of Activate Your Life.

DeVere Horwood Estate

Nestled in the heart of Buckinghamshire, just 11 miles from Milton Keynes, De Vere Horwood Estate elegantly combines vintage appeal with modern facilities. Whether travelling by air, rail or car Horwood Estate is located just off the A241 between Buckingham and Milton Keynes.

Its peaceful countryside setting and 38 acres of landscaped gardens provide a beautiful backdrop to relax and unwind—making it ideal for romantic weekends away, family breaks, or leisure trips to local attractions like Woburn Abbey, Silverstone, and Gullivers Land.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Full fees payable at time of booking.
3. Cancellations are possible up to a month before the event and only granted if there is a medical emergency. All cancellations must be received in writing and incur a £25 administration fee per person.
4. Bookings can be transferred for a £10 per person administration fee if requested in writing. If you don't have anyone to take your place, please contact us and consider donating it to someone who cannot afford to come.
5. We recommend you take out holiday insurance as we are unable to offer refunds for circumstances outside of our control.
6. In the event of changes to the programme or speakers, we are unable to offer refunds.
7. Your email address will be included on a secure MailChimp database in order to update you on your weekend away and keep you up to date with Activate news (you can also sign up here).
